FOI applicants are strongly encouraged to contact us before lodging a request via foi@accc.gov.au. We also encourage you to review the information on our website to assist you to make your request.

If you wish to make multiple FOI requests, please lodge one request at a time and wait for that request to be finalised before making another request. Thank you for your co-operation.
